Specification of Light Steel Keel
| Specification of Light Steel Keel | Details | Application |
|---|---|---|
| 75×50×0.6mm | Section shape is usually U-shaped or C-shaped. | Used for ceiling installation in various places such as shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, etc. |
| 75×40×0.6mm | Commonly used for ceiling light steel keel. | Suitable for regular ceiling decoration needs in places where the load-bearing requirement of the ceiling is not extremely high. |
| 75×35×0.4mm | A specification of vertical keel. | Often used for partition wall installation in hotels, terminals, passenger stations, theaters, shopping malls, factories, office buildings, old building renovations, interior decoration installations, ceilings and other places, providing vertical support for the wall. |
| 75×35×1mm | With relatively thicker thickness and higher strength. | Applicable to scenarios with high requirements for the stability of partition walls or ceilings. |
| Liming Series: 38 Caliper Bone | 20×37mm, length 3000mm/root, thickness 0.8mm. | Used in specific ceiling or partition wall structures, and is used in some projects that require fine installation and high quality requirements. |
Characteristics and Application Scenarios:
Light steel keels are lightweight yet high in strength. They have relatively good fireproof performance since steel itself is not easy to burn. In construction, they are commonly used in indoor ceiling and partition wall projects. For example, in the interior decoration of large buildings such as shopping malls and office buildings, light steel keel ceilings can be installed over large areas and are capable of bearing the weights of certain lighting fixtures, air-conditioning equipment and so on. In terms of partition walls, they can quickly build walls for dividing spaces, and the stability of these walls is quite good.
Function:
Supporting Function
Keels mainly play a supporting role in building decoration. For example, in the ceiling project, keels support decorative panels such as gypsum boards and aluminum panels, enabling them to stay in the appropriate positions and bear their own weights as well as the weights of additional equipment (such as chandeliers, ventilation equipment, etc.). In partition walls, the keel frames support the wall materials on both sides, ensuring the stability and uprightness of the walls.
Fixing Function
Keels provide a fixed foundation for decorative materials. For instance, by using connecting pieces like screws and nails, gypsum boards can be fixed onto light steel keels, and wooden boards can be fixed onto wooden keels, so that the decorative materials can be firmly attached to the building structure and prevented from falling off or deforming.
Modeling Function
Keels can be used to create various shapes. Taking advantage of the workability of wooden keels or aluminum alloy keels, complex shaped frames such as arc-shaped and wave-shaped ones can be built. Then, decorative panels are installed on these frames to achieve unique decoration effects and meet different design requirements.
