Use a laminating roller machine to compact the masking tape adhered to the steel plate, then put it into an oven at 60 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and peel off the masking tape. There will be no adhesive residue on the surface of the steel plate and no fracture on the adhesive side of the tape.

Put the masking tape that is half covered by A4 paper into the ultraviolet weather resistance testing machine for 4 hours. The A4 paper has turned seriously yellow, while the masking tape has hardly changed.

It contains no cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls or polybrominated diphenyl ethers.

• Masking and Protection: During the spraying construction of exterior wall stone-like paint, water-in-silicone paint, paint, etc., it is used to mask areas that don’t need spraying, such as the edges of doors and windows, wall corners, decorative lines and railings. It effectively prevents paint from splashing onto these parts and ensures the tidiness and aesthetics of the construction.
• Partitioning Treatment: It can divide the exterior wall surface into different areas or squares according to the design requirements, making the stone-like paint or other exterior wall coatings present the effects similar to ceramic tiles or stones, increasing the aesthetics and three-dimensional sense of the exterior wall. It is commonly seen in the exterior wall construction of some European-style buildings or buildings with high requirements for appearance.

• Base Course Treatment: Before pasting the masking tape, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the exterior wall base course is flat, clean and dry, free from oil stains, dust and loose substances, so as to ensure that the masking tape can adhere well.
• Pasting the Masking Tape: According to the requirements of the construction design, paste the masking tape along the dividing lines or the parts that need to be masked. Tools like scrapers or rollers can be used to press the masking tape firmly, making it fully fit with the wall surface and expelling air to ensure firm adhesion.
• Spraying Construction: After the masking tape is pasted, carry out the spraying construction of exterior wall stone-like paint, paint and other materials. During the construction, pay attention to the angle, distance and pressure of the spray gun to ensure that the paint is evenly sprayed on the wall surface and avoid the paint penetrating under the masking tape.
• Removing the Masking Tape: After the spraying construction is completed, the masking tape should be removed in a timely manner. Generally, before the paint is completely dry, gently lift one end of the masking tape and slowly tear it off from the wall surface to ensure that the lines after tearing off are neat and clear.
