Performance Indicators
- After being stirred in the container, it presents as a uniformly thick fluid without agglomeration.
- Drying time (surface dry/h): 16h
- Bonding strength: 0.6Mpa
- Dry density / (kg/m³): 585kg/m³
- Water resistance: After a 720 – hour test, the coating does not crack, delaminate, or peel off. Slight swelling and discoloration are allowed.
- Acid and alkali resistance: After a 360 – hour test, the coating does not crack, delaminate, or peel off. Slight swelling and discoloration are allowed.
- Thermal – cycling resistance test: After 15 tests, the coating does not crack, delaminate, peel off, or discolor.
- Damp – heat resistance: After a 720 – hour test, the coating does not crack, delaminate, peel off, or discolor.
Fire – resistant Performance (Based on GB28375 – 2012)
Coating thickness: 16mm Fire – resistant limit: 2.0h
Applications
- This coating can be sprayed onto concrete components of buildings, such as the surfaces of walls or pre – stressed floor slabs, through an extrusion pump or a spray gun, which can increase their fire – resistant limit to 2.0h. Under non – fire conditions, this coating also has a sound – absorbing effect.
- General construction conditions: Room temperature > 5℃, humidity < 90%, wind force < level 4. When the construction conditions are below 0℃ but above – 5℃, it is necessary to inform the manufacturer and add an antifreeze agent. When the wind force > level 4, there should be a shelter. Otherwise, a large amount of coating will be wasted and normal construction cannot be carried out.
- Substrate treatment: Remove oil stains, floating dust, and surface frost to achieve a clean surface.
- The coating is a two – component product. At the construction site, the ratio is as follows: For the first pass, 1 barrel (50 kg) of 707 adhesive + 8 bags (25 kg/bag) of non – intumescent material; for the second pass, 1 barrel (50 kg) of 707 adhesive + 30 bags (25 kg/bag) of non – intumescent material; for the third pass, 1 barrel (50 kg) of 707 adhesive + 60 bags (25 kg/bag) of non – intumescent material. Note: The interval between each pass should not be less than 24 hours, and an interval of 48 hours between the first and the second pass is optimal. Pour the powder into an appropriate amount of water and stir thoroughly. Spray the well – stirred coating within 30 minutes.
- According to the required coating thickness of the standard, spray 2 – 3mm for the first pass. After 48 hours, spray 8 – 10mm for the second pass. After an interval of 24 hours, spray the third pass (the next pass can only be sprayed after the previous pass is completely dry). And so on until the final required thickness is reached.
- Extrusion pump spraying construction method: Mix the two – component materials evenly by machine within 5 – 10 minutes, and then spray directly through the extrusion pump. It is recommended to use the UBJ – 18G1 type extrusion mortar pump, which is convenient for mechanized construction.
- Trowel – applying construction method: Place the mixed material on a scraper and apply it with a trowel. This method has a lower efficiency.
- Precautions: Before the coating solidifies firmly, it needs to be protected from water pouring or rain.
Storage and Transportation
- There is no excessive limit on the temperature of the powder material, but it should not be exposed to rain or water. It is advisable to store it in a ventilated and dry place.
- The liquid material should not be stored below 0℃ and needs to be protected from the sun. The shelf – life is 6 months. This product is a powder coating and is transported as general goods.
