DPCV Differential Pressure Controller

DPCV (Differential Pressure Control Valve) is a type of pressure controller used to regulate the pressure differential (i.e., the difference in pressure of fluid within pipes) in a system. It is typically installed on pipes within water supply or heating systems and controls the flow within the pipes by adjusting the position of the valve core, thus regulating the pressure differential within the pipes. The DPCV usually consists of two pressure ports or connection points, connected to the upstream and downstream positions of the pipe, to sense the pressure differential at both ends of the pipe and adjust the position of the valve core accordingly to maintain the desired pressure differential. This type of controller is commonly used in HVAC systems, water supply systems, heating systems, etc., to ensure the balance and stable operation of the system.

Product Description

DPCV differential pressure controller is a control valve used in district heating and air conditioning water systems. It is suitable for variable flow systems and can control the constant differential pressure between the supply and return water pipes. The control range is from 0.2 to 0.9 bar, with a rated pressure of PN16. It is installed on the return pipe.

Features of DPCV differential pressure controller

Pressure Regulation: DPCV regulates the pressure differential between the upstream and downstream sides of the valve, ensuring consistent pressure levels within the system.

Variable Flow Compatibility: It is suitable for variable flow systems, allowing for effective control and regulation of fluid flow rates.

Installation: It is installed on the return pipe of heating or air conditioning water systems, facilitating convenient integration into existing piping configurations.

Stability: DPCV offers stability in pressure control, maintaining consistent pressure differentials even with fluctuating flow rates or system demands.

Efficiency: By regulating pressure differentials, DPCV enhances the efficiency of district heating and air conditioning systems, optimizing energy usage and system performance.

Durability: These valves are designed to withstand the rigors of continuous operation in heating and air conditioning applications, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.

Applications of DPCV differential pressure controller

The application of DPCV (Differential Pressure Control Valve) is in district heating and air conditioning water systems. These control valves are utilized to regulate and maintain a constant pressure differential between the supply and return water pipes within these systems. By ensuring consistent pressure differentials, DPCVs contribute to the efficient operation and performance optimization of district heating and air conditioning systems.

Specifically, DPCVs are installed in the return pipes of district heating and air conditioning systems to control the flow of water and adjust the pressure differentials as needed. This application is crucial for maintaining system balance, preventing issues such as excessive pressure fluctuations or uneven distribution of heating or cooling throughout the building.

Overall, the primary application of DPCVs is to provide precise pressure control in district heating and air conditioning water systems, thereby enhancing system efficiency, stability, and overall performance.
